Happy Holiday Package!

This package includes four classes of fun!

These classes will be a hybrid of Zumba and more traditional dance classes. There will be a warmup section, a follow along dance segment of choreography worked during the previous week (you don't have to have taking class previously), followed by learning choreography, then a cool down segment.

Please wear comfortable and supportive shoes. Wear clothes you can move in. Also, be sure to bring water with you. Hydration is important! :)

While the choreography can be high energy at times, You are always welcome to go at your own pace. We can also modify any of the movement to accommodate your mobility.

We are not looking for perfection. We are looking to share a fun time dancing in a healthy, safe, and motivating way.

The beauty of these online classes is, you don't have to leave the safety and comfort of your own home.
