Zumba Classes!

Join me in this journey into Latin dancing! 

One of the best things we can do for our health is to move! Even moderate activity can be helpful! Plus, it can be a lot of fun!

Take care of your mental and physical health with me for one hour of dancing fun!

These classes will be a hybrid of Zumba, more traditional dance classes I've taken in the past, mixed with a touch of other fitness disciplines. There will be a warmup section, followed by learning choreography, then a cool down segment.

Please wear comfortable and supportive shoes, as well as clothes you can move in. Also, be sure to bring a bottle of water with you. Hydration is important! :)

While much of the choreography will be high energy, remember to go at your own speed. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking to share a fun time dancing in a healthy and motivating way.

When you sign up for a particular class time, you will be sent a zoom link for your chosen time slot. Space in the classes will be limited. So, sign up early!
